Really lovely evening spent in the private garden room for a small business function. Staff were helpful but also left us to it. Nice and clean and use of a music system you can easily connect to your phone. Thanks!

We hosted my Mum's surprise 60th birthday in the conservatory venue space at the Waterside. Phoebe, Steve, Shaun and the team pulled out all the stops to help us before and throughout the night for my Mum. The space was brilliant for our party of 40 to 50, well lit, a great feature wall that enhanced our decorations and the terrace overlooking the Trent was perfect too. We ordered food for our party for a group this big, it all came out on time, hot and was so good it was gone in 5 five seconds!!! I wanted to say a huge thanks to the team who made the night so special and my Mum had the best time. As I said, nothing we asked was too much and everything went so smoothly - which was completely down to the staff. If you're looking to host a party or gathering, I would recommend you do so at the Waterside a hundred times over!!!

I had my baby shower at Waterside Bar and Kitchen on Saturday (21/09/24), and everything was absolutely perfect. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredible. A special shoutout to Shaun, who assisted us on the day—he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such a stellar member of the team! Highly recommend this place for any special occasion!

The restaurant is one of the best in Nottingham, located at the Riverside with gorgeous views. The food is excellent, the prices are very affordable. The staff is the most welcoming, especially Steve (the manager) is absolutely fabulous. He always makes sure the clients are happy and satisfied with the service provided at the restaurant, making sure everything is at the client's taste. Highly recommended restaurant and services. Nice spacious bar, inside and out! Great for a beer in the sun watching the world go by! We got served quickly as the bar was not too busy. As it was a lovely sunny day, we decided to sit outside. We sat at one of the booth, as my wife was sitting down, she caught her dress and tore it on a nail that was sticking out of the bench. On speaking to the bar staff to tell them of the nail and to ask if they had a sewing kit to repair it, they was'not bothered and not interested in looking at the nail. Will not be rushing back to this place. Revisited after a previous disappointing visit. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Food was delicious. Wide variety of drink choices, with some great gins on offer Lovely afternoon sat enjoying our food and drinks, looking out over the river Trent

Went by for the first time the other day and had a really good time. Everything was well priced the drinks and pizza was great and the staff were so nice and welcoming, especially Lydia who helped us out. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back.

Whenever we need a well-priced drink or snack, Waterside in West Bridgford is our happy place. We’re drawn in by their brilliant student-friendly deals ,especially the 2 cocktails for £10 offer and the fact the view upon the river is so pretty. The water glistens just beyond the glass, and whether we’re in the stylish conservatory or outside on the terrace, it’s impossible not to unwind. The service is always warm and welcoming shoutout to Steve and the rest of the team for making each visit genuinely enjoyable. And the cherry on top? My partner can’t get enough of their elderflower spritz. Never been able to find a better drink wherever we visit, I would highly recommend.

The Waterside offers everything family and friends are looking for. Delicious food (I tried the vegan and the four cheese pizzas), great atmosphere and very friendly staff. On top of that and very important to me is how relaxing the venue is, with plenty of sitting options and a quiet environment. Great way to avoid the busyness and loudness of restaurants in the city centre. Finally, they are dog friendly, which is a must for me.
